The basis for this personal data is the agreed assignment.?For the above purpose(s), De Budelse B.V. may request the following personal data from you:

    Your personal data will be stored by De Budelse B.V. for the purpose of the above processing(s) for the duration of the agreement and thereafter only in the financial administration for a maximum of 7 years.


    Processing of personal data of newsletter subscribers
    Personal data of newsletter subscribers will be processed by De Budelse B.V. for the purpose of informing the person by means of news items. The basis for this personal data is the Newsletter registration form.

    For the above purpose(s), De Budelse B.V. may request the following personal data from you:
  • First name; Middle name; Last name;
  • Email address;
  • Gender;
  • Date of birth
    Your personal data will be stored by De Budelse B.V. for the purpose of the above-mentioned processing(s) for the period that you are registered.

    Processing of personal data of prospects, stakeholder and lobby contacts and/or interested parties
    Personal data of prospects, stakeholder and lobby contacts and/or interested parties will be processed by De Budelse B.V. for the purpose of providing information in the form of newsletters and/or targeted contacts.
    The basis for this personal data is oral and/or written consent, issuing a business card and/or via a link on LinkedIn.

    For the above purpose(s), De Budelse B.V. may request the following personal data from you:
  • First name; Middle name; Surname;
  • Telephone number;
  • Email address.
    Your personal data will be stored by De Budelse B.V. for the above-mentioned processing(s) during the period that you are considered a prospect, stakeholder and lobby contact and/or interested party.


    Provision to third parties
    We may provide the data you provide to us to third parties if this is necessary for the implementation of the purposes described above. For example, we use a third party for:
  • Providing the internet environment and software management;
  • Providing newsletters and invitations;
  • Providing payroll administration and pensions.
    We do not pass on personal data to other parties with whom we have not concluded a processing agreement. We naturally make the necessary agreements with these parties (processors) to guarantee the security of your personal data. Furthermore, we will not provide the data you provide to other parties, unless this is legally required and permitted.
